Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale govern the relationship between EPOTAM SOFTWARE SL (hereinafter, "the Seller") and the users who make purchases through the website mycosmetiks.com (hereinafter, "the Customer").

Products and prices

Product prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is finalised. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the price in force at the time the order is placed being the one applied.

Orders

Once the order and payment have been confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. The sales contract is deemed concluded at that moment.

Payment methods

The Customer may pay by credit or debit card (through Shopify Payments) and PayPal. Payment is made at the time of purchase through a secure gateway.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are detailed during the purchase process. The Seller will ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer.

Right of withdrawal and returns

The Customer has the rights of withdrawal and return described in our Returns & Refund Policy, subject to the exceptions for reasons of hygiene legally provided for unsealed cosmetic products.

Warranty

The products carry the legal warranties provided for under the applicable regulations on the protection of consumers and users.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The Customer may use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
