Returns & Refund Policy

At EPOTAM SOFTWARE SL (mycosmetiks.com) we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The return conditions and the right of withdrawal under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, on the protection of consumers and users, are detailed below.

Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without the need to provide any justification. To exercise this right, notify us by email at epotamsoftware@gmail.com, stating your name and order number.

Exceptions for reasons of hygiene

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery are not accepted, in accordance with Article 103.e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original, intact packaging.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. The product must be sent to the following address: EPOTAM SOFTWARE SL, Avenida del Portal de L'Àngel, 23, 08002 Barcelona, España.

Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid (including the standard initial shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at epotamsoftware@gmail.com upon receipt. In such cases, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by us.
